Brownie Block Arch

It's like a big pan of brownies!
The slurry is poured from the mixer into a big 'pan' made of boards on the ground.
When the slurry starts to frim up, blocks are sliced with a machete and numbered.
After curing, the arch pieces will be removed from the pan
and reassembled vertically as an archway over a door.
Arches are easily made using this 'brownie block' technique.
